The summer months are when dog meat consumption is highest in South Korea, with three days in July and August called “Bok Nal” as the pinnacle. The dogs are raised on meat farms where they spend their entire lives in small cages, completely exposed to the harsh weather conditions. After enduring a life of suffering, they’re brutally slaughtered for their meat.
Donate now to protect animals from the dog meat trade and all forms of cruelty.
Your support allows us to fight in areas of Asia where the dog meat trade is still thriving. With your help, we’ll shut down farms in South Korea and lobby for better laws throughout Asia, including South Korea, Indonesia, China, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. Along with helping dogs suffering on dog meat farms and protecting street dogs around the globe, your support also helps protect all animals -- including those suffering in laboratories, on factory farms and those abused in the wild.
You can help stop this cruelty. Please give today.
